2C Motion Studio may remove content or restrict access if we believe it:

• Violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Violates our terms of service or community guidelines
• Contains abusive, harmful, or offensive material

Removal decisions may be made with or without notice to you.

Generated videos may include a watermark depending on your plan:

• Free plan: Watermark included
• Starter and above: No watermark

We are not liable for content you generate that infringes on third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform.
