Terms of use

2C Studio (“we”) is an independent studio run by 2CStudio, a business registered in Malaysia. You can reach us by e-mail at any time; the button at the bottom of this page opens a message to us.

Use them lawfully and as intended. Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer our services, get around their limits, use them to send spam or to break the rules of other platforms, or pretend to be someone else.

We may suspend or close access that breaks these terms or puts other users or our services at risk.

You are responsible for your account, your e-mail address and your wallet. We will never ask for your password or your wallet’s secret phrase. Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed; we cannot reverse them.

Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends.

Digital items and in-app purchases are delivered once the payment is confirmed. Refunds follow each product’s terms and any rights you have under the law where you live.

What you create or upload stays yours. You allow us to store, process and show it only as needed to run the product for you (for example, publishing a post you scheduled). You are responsible for having the right to post it.

We are a small studio. We may change, pause or stop a product or feature. If we stop a paid product, we will tell you in advance where we can and refund prepaid time you have not used.

Our products are provided as they are. We work to keep them running and correct, but cannot promise they will be free of errors or always available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If something goes wrong, please e-mail us first; most problems can be sorted out quickly.

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Bigger changes will also be announced in the products concerned.
