Privacy policy

2C Studio (“we”) is an independent studio run by 2CStudio, a business registered in Malaysia. You can reach us by e-mail at any time; the button at the bottom of this page opens a message to us.

2cstudio.app has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

To count visits we run our own visit counter. Each open tab gets a random ID kept in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. It sends the page you are on, the name of the site you came from (for example “google” or “x”, never the full address), whether you use a phone, tablet or computer and its operating system family, and your country as reported by our network provider. We do not store your IP address. Visit records are deleted after 120 days.

The site is hosted by Vercel and the visit counter runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, they process your IP address to deliver the pages to you.

Depending on the product: an e-mail address if you sign in with e-mail; a public wallet address if you connect a Solana wallet; what you create in the product (for example posts you schedule or your game progress); records of what you bought, when and for how much; and anything you write to us. Each product collects only what it needs to work.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe’s own privacy policy covers what it processes.

Crypto payments take place on the Solana blockchain, which is public: the transaction, the wallet addresses and the amount can be seen by anyone and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run our products, such as Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting), Stripe (card payments), e-mail delivery services and Solana RPC providers, and only so they can provide that service; or when the law requires us to.

For as long as you use the product. After that it is deleted or made anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example payment records for tax purposes). Each product’s policy gives the exact periods.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by e-mail. Some products also let you delete your account yourself. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and, where they apply to you, the data protection laws of the country you live in.

Our products are not made for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, e-mail us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Bigger changes will also be announced in the products concerned.
